I have seen her on a number of occasions with back/neck pains and more recently severe migraines. Sarah manage to resolve all of my problems and get me set with exercises to follow up with. Sarah undertook a course of treatment that was able to fit in around my cycling even highlighting exercises I could do when on my bike!! Or when stopped.
